Blockbusters Festive is a fun, collaborative team-building program. It's perfect for kicking off your end-of-year celebrations or holiday party with creativity and laughter. In this collaborative team building event, participants work together to create short, impactful movie trailers. These trailers must be "Oscar-worthy" by grabbing the audience's attention instantly and connecting with a given theme.

With a tight deadline, teams coordinate, plan strategically, and execute their vision. The goal is to make their films both engaging and entertaining. The range of filmmaking roles ensures everyone can contribute, whether through technical skills or creative flair. Whether virtual or in-person, Blockbusters Festive will make your year-end celebrations unforgettable!

Remote participants can join the E-Choir Festive team-building activity on any meeting platform and should have their mobile devices ready if they wish to record their performance. Once online, attendees are welcomed with a video that transports them to our production studio for a ‘live session’ with their energetic host. Our exclusive song, Happy Holidays! (Celebrate Around the World), is inclusive and non-secular, encouraging everyone to dance along. To ease any discomfort, remote participants will be muted during the coaching. After the event, attendees will receive a professionally produced track featuring all their voices. The final track and video, Happy Holidays! (Celebrate Around the World), can also be enhanced with Zoom gallery footage, creating a memorable highlight for the year.

In Quickfire Olympics Online, remote teams initiate the competition by nominating a team leader for the first round. Transitioning seamlessly between mental and creative challenges, as well as multiple-choice and photo tasks, teams encounter three levels of difficulty, each accompanied by a distinct reward. Upon completing a round, the team leader baton is seamlessly passed on to another player, who assumes the role for the next set of challenges. Every team member takes turns leading their team through the engaging activities. Moreover, teams have the opportunity to accrue bonus points by demonstrating creativity in the photographic challenges. The winning team is the one with the most points at the end of the game, not the team to finish first. Thus, a careful strategic approach becomes imperative, as teams must accurately complete as many challenges as possible within the given time frame to secure victory.

ibuild Online is a online teambuilding challenge played through a web-based platform and a conference video call. The goal is to make an exact replica of a model. The model reveals on stages of 6 to 11 minutes. Each team member chooses between 3 roles in each stage. Clear communication between team members and collaboration between teams is the key to success.

Knowing Me Knowing You is a lightweight, remote team building activity designed to accelerate networking and relationship-building within your team. The activity begins with a warm-up exercise that takes participants to their first challenge, where individuals gather as much business and personal common ground with other players as possible. Our unique game matrix keeps the energy alive. There are three rounds in total. Participants will return to the main room between each round for a short host-led catch-up session. There, you can share a special connection with a larger group. The participants are then put into a second round with another group of players, allowing each to meet more people. Individuals return to making connections by working for the team until the final whistle blows. After the event, we'll send you a breakdown of the commons found. You can share these things in common with your team to help them reconnect at work.

Time to Talk is the perfect tool to build trust, enhance communication skills,spark spontaneous conversations and spice up your meeting, whether online or offline. After brief onboarding, each player enters a breakout room and joins the game on their mobile phone or desktop. Time to Talk is an instantly accessible browser-based game, requiring no app download. The high energy kicks in as the platform randomly choose a speaker who must perform a customised challenge in a set amount of time.

If they feel courageous enough, speakers can opt to increase the difficulty of their challenge, spicing things up even more. After their time elapses, the other players offer feedback to the speaker. Play then continues with someone else taking up the challenge. Play continues until everyone has had a turn in the hot seat!

Human Race is a fun and engaging gamified way of examining task-focused approach, compared with utilising effective teamwork, observance to change and an agile strategy. The split roles demand clear, concise and consistent communication in relaying questions and answers. Teams must determine which challenges to attempt, decide when to move to the next level, how fervently to pursue bonus points and, when to trade with other teams for vital information. Winning teams understand the game's objectives, develop a strategy and use collective decision making to maximise points. As they share knowledge and research information, individual strengths come to the fore and team members’ bond.

Island Survivor is a fun remote team building activity where teams are stranded on an island. To escape, they must determine the name of a ship, the date, time and horizon it will be passing. While they wait, they need to adapt to island life to survive. The island is divided into nine zones. In each zone, they are faced with a series of challenges focusing on different aspects of island survival including water, weather, first aid, building shelters, signalling, and the like. Items washed up on the shore will help them in answering the challenges. Completing the challenges successfully will give them vital survival skills.

Teams need to gain enough knowledge of each aspect in order to survive. Too much time in a zone, and they will lose time to gain knowledge of that will assist them in uncovering how they will be rescued. Too little time and they will not gain the vital knowledge they require. Once they leave a zone they cannot return. Teams who  determine the name of the ship, and when and where it will be passing are rescued. The rescued team with the most points is declared the winner.

Teams represent a group of friends going to a summer music festival.  They enter the festival ground by downloading an app onto their device and scanning a QR code. The Global Festival ground has 7 different music stages, each with a different music genre.  Teams set about to discover them all.  They solve riddles, look up acts and facts, take photos and videos to show their experience, and answer tasks to gain points for their team. The team with the most points at the end wins.
