NET-WORK is a fun and interactive team building event to spark conversations and explore ideas. Given a specific topic, participants choose a string colour and connect the words or statements that resonate most with them on the NET-WORK wall. As they weave their connections, they engage in discussions, sharing their perspectives and insights. The final web creates a vibrant visual for facilitator debriefing and reflection. By analysing the most or least connected nodes, facilitators can uncover trends, shared values, or gaps in understanding.
